CAPE TOWN CIRCLES

Cape Town Open Men’s Circles

Looking for a space to talk honestly and feel supported - without judgment?

You’re not alone. Many of us struggle silently with stress, relationships, or just trying to make sense of life. As men, we’re often not given tools or spaces to talk about what’s really going on inside.

From June to December 2025, the ManKind Project South Africa is hosting Open Men’s Circles in Cape Town - fortnightly gatherings where men of all backgrounds come together to talk, listen, and grow.

You don’t need to have done any prior inner work or training. Just show up.

Each group is guided by experienced facilitators, and we’ll explore real-life topics like vulnerability, Integrity and Purpose.

This is not therapy. It’s a space to be real. To be heard. To listen. To be in the company of other men who are showing up for themselves and each other.

Come try it out. No pressure. Just one evening could make a difference.
