Looking for a space to talk honestly and feel supported - without judgment?

Most men carry more than they let on. Work pressure, relationships, grief, or just a sense that something's off and nowhere to put it.

The ManKind Project South Africa runs Open Men's Circles in Cape Town: a fortnightly evening where men sit together, speak honestly about what's going on, and listen to each other without fixing or judging.

You don't need any experience or prior training. Experienced facilitators hold the space, and each evening is built around something real, like vulnerability, integrity or purpose. It isn't therapy. It's a room full of men being straight with each other, and that turns out to be rarer than it should be.

When: Every second Tuesday, 7 to 9pm

Where: Woodstock Trauma Centre

Cost: R50 per session, optional, covers venue hire
