What happens after the weekend?

  • The weekend is a powerful experience but only the first few (giant) steps on a new path.
  • Men from the weekend meet in smaller groups called Integration Groups or i-groups. This happens one evening per week for several weeks, should the men choose to do so.
  • There is an initial fee for this of R600 for materials and running costs. This process is facilitated by experienced staff for the first cycle. Thereafter, there is no charge and the men usually continue to meet on their own.
  • Some i-groups have been running for over 10 years.
  • The purpose of the i-group is to continue the process of learning, challenging and supporting each other.
  • There are also other initiatives addressing diversity issues in South Africa and various levels of Leadership training.

"Every time I come back from i-group, my kids have a better father, my wife has a better husband. I am six months into i-group and I am grateful every week." - Dominic
